Краевой конкурс изобразительного искусства и декоративно-прикладного творчества
Цели и задачи конкурса:
Популяризация среди детей разнообразных видов изобразительного искусства и декоративно-прикладного творчества.
Задачи конкурса
- укрепление семейных ценностей, привлечение родителей к совместной работе, направленной на обучение и воспитание детей и подростков,
- развитие воображения детей, поддерживая проявления их фантазии в изложении собственных замыслов,
- формирование навыков дизайнерского мастерства в процессе подготовки работ,
- формирование эстетического вкуса у детей и подростков,
- развитие познавательного интереса при создании художественного произведения из различного материала.
- Сроки проведения конкурса:
1.1. с 01 декабря 2019 г. по 24 декабря 2019 года – прием заявок и выполненных работ.
1.2. с 25 и 26 декабря – работа жюри, формирование выставки.
1.3. Награждение участников и победителей конкурса состоится 8 января 2020 г. в 16:00 в Духовно-просветительском центре на музыкальной сказке «Свет Рождественской Звезды».
- Организаторы конкурса
- Петропавловская и Камчатская епархия.
- Министерство социального развития и труда Камчатского края.
- АНО «Духовно – просветительский центр «Сретение».
- МАУДО «Детская художественная школа» г. Петропавловск-Камчатского.
- При информационной поддержке Министерства культуры Камчатского края.
- Условия конкурса и порядок проведения
3.1. В конкурсе принимают участие дети от 5 до 18 лет г. Петропавловска-Камчатского и Камчатского края, индивидуально, коллективные работы не принимаются.
3.2. Возрастные категории:
Конкурс проводится в пяти возрастных категориях:
— I категория (возраст участников 5-7 лет включительно)
— II категория (возраст участников 8-10 лет включительно)
— III категория (возраст участников 11-13 лет включительно)
— IV категория (возраст участников 14-18 лет включительно)
Возраст участников определяется на 24 декабря 2019 года.
3.3. Конкурс проводится в несколько этапов:
1) Подача заявки, согласно Приложению №1, и конкурсных работ организаторам конкурса до 24 декабря 2019 года в здание Духовно-просветительского центра, педагогу изобразительного искусства – Людмиле Георгиевне Власенко (т.8-909-831-7440), а также заявка, заверенная печатью и подписью руководителя организации, направляется в программе Word на электронную почту: dpc-sretenie@bk.ru .
2) Отбор победителей в каждой возрастной категории, по двум номинациям, для формирования экспозиции в здание Духовно-просветительского центра.
3) 8 января 2020 г. в 16.00 в здание Духовно-просветительского центра пройдет награждение победителей конкурса в каждой возрастной категории дипломами и подарками.
Отдельным призом будут отмечены работы детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
3.4. К участию в конкурсе принимаются работы:
— живопись, графика, выполненные в различной технике, оформленные в паспарту;
— декоративно-прикладного творчества.
3.5. Работы, должны с обратной стороны иметь наклейку, согласно Приложению №2.
3.6. Формат работ А4, А3.
3.7. Тема композиций по изобразительному искусству:
«Рождество в кругу моей семьи».
Тема композиций по декоративно-прикладному творчеству:
«Игрушка для Рождественской елки».

- Эстетичность
- Выразительность
- Создание целостного образа
- Аккуратность
- Жюри конкурса
5.1 Жюри конкурса формируется из преподавательского состава МАУДО «ДХШ», от Петропавловской и Камчатской епархии — руководитель отдела по социальному служению и церковной благотворительности иерей Виктор (Музыкант), педагог изобразительного искусства ДПЦ «Сретение» Л.Г. Власенко.
Председатель жюри – руководитель МАУДО «ДХШ» Иван Михайлович Царьков.
5.2. 3 работы, в каждой возрастной категории, и номинации, набравших наибольшее количество баллов награждаются дипломами и подарками.
- Призовой фонд
6.1. Участники конкурса, занявшие I, II и III места в каждой возрастной группе, в каждой номинации награждаются Дипломами Лауреата и специальными призами.
6.2. Призовой фонд формируется из средств АНО «Духовно- просветительский центр «Сретение».
- Награждение победителей и подведение итогов
7.1. 8 января 2020 года в 16.00 в здание Духовно-просветительского центра пройдет награждение победителей конкурса в каждой возрастной категории дипломами и подарками. Отдельным призом будут отмечены работы детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
- Порядок участия в Конкурсе
Для участия в Конкурсе необходимо предоставить:
— Заявки на участие установленного образца;
— Согласие на обработку персональных данных;
— Домашние работы.
