Краевой конкурс рисунков
для детей из многодетных семей
«Крылья Ангела»
Цели и задачи конкурса:
Цель: Привлечение внимания общественности к вопросам материнства и детства, повышение общественного статуса многодетных семей, формирование ценностных ориентаций у детей на добро и мир.
Задачи:
— сформировать в каждой семье традицию чествования женщин в преддверии Дня матери;
— расширить возможности проявления таланта детей из многодетных семей;
— способствовать объединению многодетных семей.
- Сроки проведения конкурса:
1.1 с 01 ноября 2018 г. по 19 ноября 2018 года – прием заявок и выполненных работ
1.2 с 21 по 24 ноября – работа жюри, формирование выставки
1.3 Награждение участников и победителей конкурса состоится 25 ноября 2018 г. в 13:00 в Духовно — просветительском центре на празднике «Любовью воздам за любовь! » ко дню Матери.

- РОО «Союз православных женщин Камчатки»
- Условия конкурса и порядок проведения:
3.1 В конкурсе принимают участие дети от 5 до 18 лет г. Петропавловска-Камчатского и Камчатского края.
3.2 Возрастные категории:
Конкурс проводится в пяти возрастных категориях:
— I категория (возраст участников 5-7 лет включительно)
— II категория (возраст участников 8-10 лет включительно)
— III категория (возраст участников 11-13 лет включительно)
— IV категория (возраст участников 14-18 лет включительно)
Возраст участников определяется на 24 ноября 2017 года.
3.3 Конкурс проводится в несколько этапов:
1) Подача заявки, согласно Приложению №1 и конкурсных работ организаторам конкурса до 19 ноября 2018 года в задние МАУДО «Детская художественная школа» заместителю директора по УВР, каб. № 7
2) Отбор победителей в каждой возрастной категории для формирования экспозиции в здание Духовно-просветительского центра.
3) 25 ноября в 13.00 в здание Духовно-просветительского центра пройдет награждение победителей конкурса в каждой возрастной категории дипломами и подарками. Отдельным призом будут отмечены работы детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
3.4 К участию в конкурсе принимаются работы (живопись, графика), выполненные в различной технике: бумага, картон, акварель, гуашь, тушь, перо, пастель, карандаш, в смешанной технике. Оформленные в паспарту.
3.5 К предварительному отбору не допускаются работы, подписанные на лицевой стороне.
3.6 Работы, должны с обратной стороны иметь наклейку, согласно Приложению №2
3.7 Формат работ А4, А3
3.8 Тема композиций: Ангел!
Ангел в глазах детей – это Ангел-хранитель, это мама, оберегающая их с первых дней жизни, это символ сохранения мира во всем мире.
- Жюри конкурса:
4.1 Жюри конкурса формируется из преподавательского состава МАУДО «ДХШ», от Петропавловской и Камчатской епархии — руководитель отдела по социальному служению и церковной благотворительности иерей Виктор (Музыкант)
Председатель жюри — член Союза художников Камчатки
4.2 Каждому участнику конкурса присваивается уникальный номер, путём жеребьевки. Оценка работ производится «закрытым» способом, путём выставления членами жюри баллов от 1 до 10.
4.3 3 работы, в каждой возрастной категории, набравших наибольшее количество баллов, допускаются к выставке и награждаются дипломами и подарками.
4.4 Подсчёт баллов осуществляется председателем жюри.
В случае возникновения спорных ситуаций, равного количества баллов или голосов, победитель определяется общим голосованием членов жюри. Результаты фиксируются в протоколе.
- Призовой фонд:
5.1. Участники конкурса, занявшие I, II и III места в каждой возрастной группе награждаются Дипломами Лауреата и специальными призами.
5.2. Призовой фонд формируется из средств АНО «Духовно- просветительский центр «Сретение», спонсорских вложений.
- Награждение победителей и подведение итогов:
6.1 25 ноября в 13.00 в здание Духовно-просветительского центра пройдет награждение победителей конкурса в каждой возрастной категории дипломами и подарками. Отдельным призом будут отмечены работы детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
- Порядок участия в Конкурсе
Для участия в Конкурсе необходимо предоставить:
— Заявки на участие установленного образца;
— Согласие на обработку персональных данных;
— Домашние работы.
