One thing is that often one of the most popular incentives for applying your cards is a cash-back as well as rebate offer. Generally, you’ll receive 1-5 back with various purchases. Depending on the cards, you may get 1 returning on most acquisitions, and 5 back on purchases made on convenience stores, filling stations, grocery stores and ‘member merchants’.
This should be required reading before becoming an LP!
Loving how fast transactions are once you’re on Polygon.

I have noticed that over the course of building a relationship with real estate homeowners, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in every real estate financial transaction, a payment is paid. Eventually, FSBO sellers really don’t «save» the commission payment. Rather, they fight to earn the commission by simply doing the agent’s work. In the process, they devote their money as well as time to execute, as best they are able to, the jobs of an real estate agent. Those obligations include uncovering the home by way of marketing, introducing the home to buyers, constructing a sense of buyer desperation in order to prompt an offer, booking home inspections, controlling qualification check ups with the loan provider, supervising maintenance tasks, and aiding the closing of the deal.
