22 апреля в 3 неделю по Пасхе Святая Церковь празднует неделю Святых Жен мироносиц. В этот день в Духовно-просветительском центре Петропавловской и Камчатской епархии состоялся концерт «Девушкины песни», в котором приняли участие: лауреат всероссийских и международных конкурсов Мария Кравченко, народный казачий ансамбль «Русь» (художественный руководитель Елена Топчий), коллектив Камчатского колледжа искусств ансамбль народных инструментов «В яблочко» и квартет Камчатского колледжа искусств (руководитель Оксана Спирина). В концерте прозвучали народные и всеми любимые песни «Оренбургский платок», «Ой Маруся», «Ойся» и другие. Концерт посетили труженницы и прихожанки приходов епархии. Праздничный вечер открыл секретарь Петропавловской и Камчатской епархии иеромонах Николай (Белозеров) и вручил благодарственные письма участникам концерта.
Христос Воскресе! Сегодня мы с вами собрались в этом зале для того чтобы вспомнить подвиг святых жен мироносиц. Жены мироносицы вместе со святыми Апостолами ходили за Христом Спасителем по этой земле, слушали Его божественное учение и служили святой апостольской семье по мере своих сил и возможностей. Святых жен мироносиц отличает их храбрость и их смелость. Потому что они, в отличие от апостолов, прибыли со Христом Спасителем до конца. Они последовали с Ним на Голгофу, они стояли у креста. И именно за эту смелость Христос даровал им великую благодать, они первыми увидели Христа воскресшего, и услышали от него радостное приветствие «Радуйтеся».
У нас в России были жены-мироносицы. Именно на плечах наших русских жен-мироносиц, наших русских женщин сохранилась вера православная в советское время. Они также как и жены мироносицы ничего не боялись. Власти им говорили мы отберем у вас квартиры, хотя и ютились где-то в комуналках, мы отберем у вас зарплаты и пенсии, мы выгоним вас с работы и не смотря ни на что, эти женщины сохранили для нас веру православную.
Дорогие наши женщины сегодня ваш праздник. Чего бы хотелось вам сегодня пожелать. Хотелось бы вам пожелать, чтобы у вас было такое же храброе сердце, как у святых жен мироносиц, чтобы вы всегда были смелыми и храбрыми в вашем нелегком женском служении, всегда воспитывали в вере и благочестии молодое поколение.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!|
